METHOD AND PROCESS INVOLVED IN PREPARATION

We use naturally sourced millet which is a mixture of different millets produced by our farmers. Then we soak and shade dry them to remove all the moisture from them. Then we add oil and saute cumin seeds, mustard seeds,chana dal, kodo millet, little millet and foxtail millet and roast them for some time. Once these are light brown our millet mix is ready. Making these upma is really simple by just adding water and adding upma to boiling water with a scoop of ghee to enrich it's taste. This millet upma mix is tremendous and gives you immense delicious taste.

The key ingredients involved in making this millet upma mix are foxtail millet, kodo millet, little millet, chana dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and oil.
