As for the preparation of Bobbatlu and ingredients:
Using half of All purpose flour and half whole wheat flour, dough is made and rolled into a thin chapati like shape. And puran, made of boiled chana dal and jaggery. After boiling and mixing them properly, when it is consistent, it is pressed between the dough that is shaped and is cooked on a pan like a roti.
