METHOD AND PROCESS INVOLVED IN PREPARATION
These snacks are probably made using the rice flour with moong dal, cumin seeds, red chili powder, ghee to smear and knead a soft dough using water. After that the dough is transferred into small portion and added into sev maker machine were small round circles of chaklis are formed. These Chekodi are then deep fried in medium hot oil to get crispy and crunchy snacks.
