We start it off by using the equal amount of measurement required to make an idli mix. We use rice flour as the base ingredient. Then we use urad dal without husk and flattened rice also called poha. We slightly roast them to remove any moisture in them. We make a perfect fine powder out of it. Then we mix all the ingredients and make an idli mix. These idli will be loved by all your family because they are instantly made and so tasty. We don't use any preservatives or chemicals in our products.
