Multi Millet Boondi Mixture - Kara Boondi Mixture is a simple deep fried tea time snack made from multi millets and chickpea flour batter with roasted nuts and curry leaves. It's also a traditional South Indian dish that's produced especially for the festival of Diwali. Involving different millet flour not only enhances its taste but even gives a newer version of flavour.As Per The Preparation Of Multi Millet Kara BoondiFirstly, we sift together chickpea flour (besan) and millet flour such as kodo millet, little Millet and foxtail Millet in a mixing bowl. Then we add salt, a pinch of baking soda, turmeric powder, asafoetida (hing), and  Red Chilli Powder is added to this. Then we mix thoroughly until everything is properly incorporated. We properly make sure the powders are well combined and there are no large lumps. Then we whisk in the water in a slow, steady stream until the batter is smooth. It should be neither too thick nor too runny in consistency. Then with the help of a ladle we transfer the batter to form round small balls of boondi directly into the oil.
