METHOD AND PROCESS INVOLVED IN PREPARATION

We make our products in a nature friendly environment while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. We start by using ragi flour and gram flour to make the perfect ragi boondi. Once the boondi is ready then the ragi sev is made by kneading the dough. It is made of gram flour, rice flour, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, asafetida, and ghee. When the dough is completely ready its fried in oil to get crispy ragi sev. adding some fried Peanuts, cashews, curry leaves and lentils to this mixture enriches its flavor even more.

The key ingredients involved in making this Ragi mixture are ragi flour, gram flour, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, peanuts, cashews, curry leaves and oil for frying.

Ragi is rich in fibre minerals and amino acids which make it a good choice for diabetics patients. Ragi also has more polyphenols than the commonly used grains like rice, wheat, and corn which help control blood sugar levels.
