Once the Little millet flour is ready we make a perfect slurry paste out of it using Little millet flour, gram flour, and water. Using a ladle to pour the mixture directly into the hot oil to form round balls called boondi. Deeply fry these Bundi to get a crispy taste. Once the boondi is ready it is removed and sprinkle with the seasoning masala containing red chilli powder masala. Then the peanuts, cashews, and curry leaves are fried and added into the boondi to enhance its much more flavours and taste.

The key ingredients involved in making the Little millet Kara boondi are Little millet flour, gram flour, red chilli powder peanuts, cashews, curry leaves and oil for frying. This boondi tastes so luscious that you will never be satisfied with a single packet.

Eating Little millets are rich in calcium and other mineral salts that strengthen bones and muscles. In addition, increasing bone density also reduces the risk of bone-related diseases. These elements found in millet increase the efficiency of insulin by reducing the level of sugar in the blood, so it is recommended to eat millet in diabetes.
