METHOD AND PROCESS INVOLVED IN PREPARATION

Firstly choosing the high quality of Little millet locally sourced from our farmers. Then the millets are ground and kneaded into a soft dough with gram flour, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, ajwain, red chili powder and some ghee to knead a soft dough. While gently pressing the dough through the sev maker we get thin ribbon like strands and these are deep fried oil to get crispy pakoda.

The key ingredients involved in making this Little millet ribbon pakoda are Little millet flour, gram flour, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, asafoetida,red chili powder, ghee, and oil for frying.
