METHOD AND PROCESS INVOLVED IN PREPARATION

Tomato Appadam are delicious and crispy. We make it by using coarsely powdered rice flour. Then we take water and boil it while adding rice flour in it. Meanwhile we also add tomato paste, red chilli, and cumin seeds to it. Once the batter is ready we make a small round shaped circle papad and spread it over the sheet. Once these are ready we dry them in the sun.

The ingredients involved in making these tomato Appadam are rice flour, tomato puree, cumin seeds, red chilli, and salt.

Tomatoes are high in the antioxidant lycopene. It gives them their vibrant red colour while also helping to protect them from the sun's UV assaults. It can also help protect your cells from injury in the same way. Potassium, vitamins B and E, and other minerals are also found in tomatoes.
