They are made using freshly picked green chilies. Buttermilk is prepared and good amounts of salt are added to it. To this, we add the green chilies with an open slit on them to absorb the buttermilk and marinate. They are left for some time for the marination. Then they are allowed to dry for a certain time. Then they are carefully picked and made available in the store.
