As for the preparation of Kova Kajjikayalu
Tiny ladoos of coconut are made by slightly roasting grated coconut along with jaggery. This becomes a syrupy mixture. To this, we add cardamom powder and ghee and mix well. Meanwhile, Kova is lightly fried and sugar is added to it. This kova and the mixture are allowed to cool down. Then kova is rolled into a small circle in which coconut ladoos are stuffed. Then they are neatly brought into a shape. Tasty kova kajjikayalu are ready to be devoured.
